In Hindi: Triphala Pani | Time: 2 minutes | Serves: 1
You need
- 1 glass warm water (not boiling — warm)
- 1/2 tsp Triphala powder
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Method
Add triphala to warm water. Stir well for 30 seconds — it doesn’t dissolve fully, it disperses. Drink immediately. The taste is sour, astringent, and bitter — all three at once. Add honey if needed. Drink before chai, before breakfast, before anything.
The taste question
If it tastes like nothing, the quality is poor. It should taste of all three fruits. Sour from the amalaki. Astringent from the bibhitaki. Bitter from the haritaki. All three present means the formula is correct.
