Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (within India) Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (within India)

These are estimates from the dispatch date. Actual delivery depends on:

  • Holidays

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays beyond these timeframes do not qualify for refunds.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive:

  • Carrier name and details
  • A link to track your package

You can monitor delivery progress using this tracking number.


6. Getting Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. If it's left in an accessible area without signature, we're not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

If your package requires a signature, the carrier will attempt delivery during business hours.


7. Checking Your Address

Before confirming checkout, verify your address is:

  • Complete and accurate
  • Current and correct
  • Readable with clear instructions for delivery

If the address is incorrect and the package can't be delivered, you'll pay for re-shipping to the correct address.


8. What Happens If Package Arrives Damaged

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email us photos at info@gsragrotraders.com
  3. Include your order number

We'll either replace or refund the damaged product.


9. If Your Package Doesn't Arrive

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date:

  1. Contact us with your order and tracking number
  2. We'll investigate with the carrier
  3. If the package can't be found, we'll reship or refund (your choice)

No additional shipping charge for replacement shipments.


10. International Shipping

If available, international orders are subject to:

  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Import regulations of your country
  • Customs clearance delays

You're responsible for paying any customs fees—these are not included in shipping costs. We're not responsible for customs-related delays.


11. Shipping Address Tips

  • Add apartment/unit number if applicable
  • Include gate/access codes for gated communities
  • Specify any delivery instructions
