6. Getting Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. If it's left in an accessible area without signature, we're not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

We'll either replace or refund the damaged product.

- If the package can't be found, we'll reship or refund (your choice)
No additional shipping charge for replacement shipments.
