Are these just expensive kitchen spices I could buy from the kirana store?
Some of them, yes. Dry ginger, tulsi, and Himalayan salt are available at most Indian grocery stores. The difference is sourcing consistency, testing for heavy metals and microbial contamination, and FSSAI certification on every batch. If you have a trusted local source with lab testing, use it. If you don’t, we are that source.
How do I know these are organic?
We use the word “natural” deliberately, not “organic” — because organic certification in India is expensive and most small farms that grow clean, traditional crops cannot afford it. We source from farmers we have verified directly. Our testing covers pesticide residue, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. Results are available on request.
Why is there no expiry date printed on some jars?
FSSAI requires a best-before date, not a manufacture date on all products. Each batch has both. If yours doesn’t, contact us immediately at info@sendriya.life.
How long does delivery take?
3 to 5 business days across India. Metro cities are typically 2 to 3 days. Remote pin codes may take 5 to 7 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of placing the order, yes. After that, the order may already be packed. Write to info@sendriya.life immediately with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. India only for now. It is on the list.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take a photo and send it to info@sendriya.life with your order number. We will replace it. No return required for damaged items.
I don’t like the taste. Can I return it?
Taste is subjective and we understand that. Write to us. We will see what we can do. Our 30-day return policy covers products that are unused and sealed.
Do you test your products?
Yes. Every batch is tested at three stages: on receipt of raw material, after processing, and before packing. We test for heavy metals (arsenic, lead, mercury, cadmium), microbial contamination, and active compound verification specific to each product. Lab reports are available on request — write to info@sendriya.life with your batch number (printed on the jar).
Are your products FSSAI certified?
Yes. All Sendriya Life products are FSSAI certified under GSR Agro Traders Private Limited.
