No. None of the four ingredients — Moringa, Tulsi, Dry Ginger, Ashwagandha — contain caffeine. This is completely caffeine-free. You can drink it any time of day, including before bed, without it affecting your sleep.

Because the ingredients are real. Ashwagandha is naturally bitter — that bitterness signals the withanolides are present. Moringa is earthy. Dry ginger is sharp. Krishna tulsi is peppery. These are freshness signals, not flaws. Add jaggery or honey if the bitterness is too strong — most people adjust within a week.

You can, but Moringa polyphenols bind partially to milk proteins and lose some bioavailability. If you want milk, try Ashwagandha milk separately — simmer Ashwagandha in milk for a traditional ksheerpak. The herbal tea blend is best drunk plain or with honey.
